Are there any switches that allow me to pass a filename, at start up, to the Phillips DICOM Viewer so that opens that file?
e.g: PmsDView.exe "c:\Images\image1.dcm" or PmsDView.exe /f:"c:\Images\image1.dcm"

Yes, you can open the Philips DICOM Viewer and pass it a file name to open on startup. You can use the command "PmsDView.exe" followed by the file name in quotation marks, for example: PmsDView.exe "c:/Images/image1.dcm".

It is unclear why CDSTART.EXE is not starting the advanced viewer. It could be due to various reasons such as compatibility issues, incorrect installation, or a software bug. It is recommended to reach out to Philips or the software support team for further assistance in resolving this issue.

No, this program is not compatible with the Mac platform. The only download available on the Philips website is meant for computers that are running Windows operating system. On Mac, you could try running the software with the help of Wine Bottler, a tool that uses advanced technology to enable users to launch Windows apps.
How can I use scout line(so I can move up and download in an axial plan and understand where am I in the sagital) in Philips DICOM Viewer r2.5?

The first place to look for help is the Help section in the menu bar. Go to Help > Contents and use the built-in Search function to look for scout line. If that doesn't help at all, then you need the help of the developers, because no other information or manual can be obtained for application.

Philips DICOM Viewer is used to view DICOM files, but lacks features to create 3D images from the loaded images. As far as I know, DICOM files required advanced applications in order to manipulate them. Also, the machine that creates these DICOM/MRI files need to support the 3D creation to export directly to the desired files. You can't put many images into one file and create 3D files, this is the job of the dedicated application that works with the machine that scans the human body.
Contact the seller of the MRI device and ask about this possibility, because there could be a simple option available within the software you use to scan the body and create the scanning.
I want to fuse a CT image with a PET CT image. I'm not finding any option to do so. Is it possible to so? If yes, then how?
